Also Nightshade can be bypassed. AI could detect it and sift through the images being added, sending the "good" ones to the training set. Also the best models are meticulously made 1 image at a time built off the backs of the massive models that are made by billionaires that can just throw money at it till it's not a problem, Open AI. No reason not to use it but it's lifespan is limited and it's not going to effect those actually trying to make good models.
