@ellebresych5282 - The problem isn't top notch quality, it's that AI "art" doesn't understand the simplest of concepts about the images elements.
The quality is "good", sure, but what about the simple things? Her eyes don't move, don't express life, her head doesn't either; and her mouth is robotic.
If an AI were to animate south park, it would make similar mistakes because it is simple, not static. Even they have movements to show they are alive.
