@L1vv4n It's both actually. Tech illiterate people are starting to use new tools but also tech literacy has gone down.
You can find articles and studies showing how, for example, young gen Z'ers only know how to interact with technology through apps and how they take at face value a lot of information they see in social media (information generated through LLM's also play a role in this).
