Read in an article it did stall on route to get passengers. But, stalled due to fireworks messing with the sensors. The fireworks were part of a chinese new year celebration, and the car bricked in the path of the celebration.
They have had issues in Cali with people being hit, by these autonomous vehicles, and losing their life...as well as, countless bricking incidents(stalling in the middle of the street).
I believe it was GM that had their licensed for their cars revoked cause of safety concerns.
