Actually, the AI bros brought ableism into this discussion first. They insist that disabled people need AI to be as capable as able-bodied folks. They insist that anyone who is against AI is ableist. Truth is, the opposite is the case. AI art and its supporters are ableist and to deny that is to give them more credit than they deserve. To insist that ableism does not belong into this discussion is to turn a blind eye to their ableism.
