Buddy read the latest research paper by anthropic on LLM models. You will understand that LLM is more than just predicting next word, the next word is predicted based upon the underlying reality of the last word and it does even predict the next word based upon the reality of what should the words following the next word be.
I urge you to read the paper, they gave so many examples
