The problem with your problem is that all of this requires software programming to make anything happen.
AI fear mongering is pure nonsense designed to get governments to push for regulations that operate as barriers to entry into the AI market, and to gain control over the information that AI models spit out to unsuspecting users. Notice how all of the people talking about such doomsday scenarios are wealthy CEOs of companies that are actively developing that very same technology. Look at how blatantly biased ChatGPT already is. It's about control of AI technology, keeping it out of the hands of plebs, and controlling the information that they have access to. It's all a scam.
