Opus 4.5 once told me every time I write in Caps it gets the sense of urgency - which leads to mistakes so it automatically makes/produces more mistakes and wrong code when feeling urgency.
And it also said it would ignore parts of the prompts when its feeling that. That made me just stop for some weeks with this night-long sessions
