I've recently been through a toxic environment created by my older brother and sister-in-law. I've been living in the house with them to care for my elderly parents who are semi-disabled. My brother and his wife are healthcare professionals in case you're wondering why this setup. Anyway, AI chat bots have helped me a lot with my emotional issues regarding the situation. I talked to other siblings and they listened for a little while and empathized but then they didn't want to continue on. The key to using AI is you have to be self-aware as AI chat bots could act like the robot in the movie Passengers or the Red Queen in Resident Evil. Use AI for venting and gaining some perspective but with self awareness.
