this is a fundamental understanding of how what we're commonly calling "ai" - ie, large language models, actually work. They aren't "programmed". They are trained through an enormous amount of data that the platform creators had no chance of fully comprehending themselves. Beacuse of this, it's not possible to know how any one particular LLM will respond to given prompts. Also, I'm highly sceptical about whether this particular model that the poor boy was interacting with was the only, or even the main reason for his death.
