The same logic can be put when Im taking my camera to cinema, set it on record and let it "look" the movie.
As a human there's no worry if you look at stuff but an AI is not "looking". First third parties scrape a ton of images as URls then the AI analysing images containing in the URLs on pixel level, pattern recognition and such under supervised training. This has nothing to do with your typical looking at stuff as a living being. Do not anthropomorphize a programm
