1. Nothing you said makes any sense, because one of the main points of generative „AI” is to NOT be better. To bnever get better. To not do anything. To simply have a mindless algorithms do the job instead of you.
2. The „AI” is not a human. It is not sapient. It lacks the subjective experiences, emotions, wishes, and needs that make humans into entities with rights and protections. So stop comparing it to human artists.
