@DanknDerpyGamer On sticking to public domain, I was proposing immediate neutral ground where the AI training can't be stepping on anyone's toes. It's probably a fairytale in terms of enforcement but I think morally, it's a good starting point to take. Robust discussion is required regarding which parts of the remainder could feasibly be included, I certainly didn't mean to imply none of it ever could be. As you point out, the copyright system as it stands (obviously with slight differences) across the developed nations is pretty broken.
