@Daniel-yn6dd as said depends on how the AI handles the data, if like in Stable Diffusion it only uses images for practice and not when creating art it's the same as when a human learns to draw every artist uses art from others to practice. Therefore, it doesn't matter if someone agreed or not, as long as there is no reference from other artists when creating AI art.
