Also, it might be worth noting that the Ai contribution may go further into things than suggested here. If military commanders are told by an ai that they need x resource and that resource needs to be taken away from civilian sectors, you can count on them EITHER going to politicians and framing it as a life or death thing when it isnt, or even circumventing the natural political proccesses and just taking those resources through other means. be it hacking, politican manipulation, bribes... whatever the AI says will work.
