No. Humans minds are not trained at all like these programs are. If they were, no organisms could have ever lived in the wild. None. The things that we call „AI” are so alien, and so foreign to how animal brains actually work, that comparing anything to an AI is only proving you completely lack any knowledge of either AI, of psychology, or of neuroscience.
