GPT is just a robot giving you feedback you want to hear what you need to hear…. Again, you can get the help you need if you’re truly really want to…. But going down a path that only is your mindset and doesn’t have real life rules or criteria… you’ll just fall into being delusional believing only what you think is right… and to me that kind of sounds a little bit psychopath… because you will believe your way is the only way and the right way… the point of mental health is to grow!
