A Banana taped to a wall, was envisioned, and created by a human with an intention. It might sound simple on the surface, but the given context and the intent behind it is unironically what makes it art, and not all art has to be cool or valuable or famous. AI art just takes 30 other art pieces and mashes them up, generates a "new" one based on those. Also even if it was considered art, the AI is the one making it, not the AI "artist".
