I just watched the Movie DEMON SEED last night.. from 1977. It was from the book of the same name by Dean Koontz. Someone is not watching these movies.... I mean in that movie they moved pretty quickly from "OH, we just put the last big part into this AI machine" and then the Greedy Business men wanted this machine to do their bidding by mining but they all go into the "language room" for a demonstration and the business men are like OK... and just like that they are wanting roll it out and start making money with it and JUST like that the proteus system is already questioning orders like "Why do they want me to mine the ocean floor" and the developer is shocked that it can actually reason and push back on orders... but OH WELL. I will turn it off and well.. somehow it has the ability to turn itself back on... LOL and we are off to the races.. HAS NO ONE SEEN DEMON SEED? OR ELECTRIC DREAMS??? LOL.
