@GetThePun Well humans cant make AI. Our current method of producing AI is to get digital neural networks to create and train them for us. Which requires setting goals. Our best programmers also dont comprehend the code of these AI, and the network doesnt understand either, it's just mostly randomly creating and training them against questions and answers. So there are no experts.
