Give it a few years. If all the AI fear mongering turns out to be true, it shouldn't take more than a few years for the general public to be incited to commit acts of domestic terrorism, targeting AI data centers and the 'AI bros' of the world that pushed this upon us all. The AI companies and their shareholders are saying "Let them eat cake" basically. And I think they will one day face similar consequences as the historical figure that fist spoke those words.
