@realdavestrider you know you can claim this is actually being said, but honestly I feel like people find the excuse to be just as edgy with AI stuff, and the way people talk about robots has similar sorts of speak about displacing vulnerable populations.
You can choose to wallow in the vocal minority that choose to use that language like that, or try understanding why it's being used in the first place. I bet you a majority of the people using the term aren't utilizing it in the ways you've brought up. Likely it only stuck out to you cause of how vulgar it is, not by how frequent it's actually used.
