@TwinShards It's easily done really, especially if you're at an intersection that's on a corner and you've been waiting for a while. You see a gap and you start to move, checking the other way as you do and realise someone's there.
It happens to most people every now and again due to being impatient or maybe if you're tired, a big reason to look forward to self-driving cars that don't have 'patience' to deal with or fatigue. :)
