Yeah, and pigs can fly. I work in automation. I am basically automated myself out of the job but the demand for people like me is never going down. Those that decide to cut on people and replace them with ai will lose in 2 ways: they will eventually be also not needed because not that many stuff to manage and 2 ai is not that great, there will always be a need for someone to supervise and integrate that ai which is way more expensive than a random joe you replaced with ai. So people won't shoot themselves in the foot and ai will replace people where it makes financial sense, not just for the sake of it.
