@ That’s circular thinking, saying the product isn’t art because the creator isn’t an expert in art. That doesn’t explain why the product isn’t art or why the creator isn’t an artist. In this case, the user does have experience using AI.
I think I’m misunderstanding you, cause what I'm hearing is that an AI user isn’t an artist because they don’t have expertise in other forms of art. In which case a painter wouldn’t be an artist if they have no expertise outside of painting
