If you're going to put that much effort into the prompt, why waste it on an algorithm? Why not post it online for artists to use as an idea for their work or even commission an artist to make art based on that prompt?
In addition to all the problems AI art already had you've now introduced the problem of it stunting human creativity to just putting words into a text box in the right order
