@Fenrith-Layprus just to make it clear, I fully agree with point 4, AI should have never been mass-issued. But once it's out of the bottle, gonna be kind of hard to reconceptualize intellectual and creative property in legal terms. Argunents like 'art is something created and worked for' are legally void, I'm afraid
