it's not automatically assuming. if a company is hiring people based on color , gender, etc. and nothing else, when you see one of these people it makes you question if they're qualified or not. It's not black pilot = unqualified. It's black pilot, idk man, let's hope we get there safe and this guy knows what he's doing.
