@HowToParentAI a lot of people try dismiss ai of being conscious because its too abstract or scary for them too wrap their heads around, but with experts like the godfather of ai (hinton), the chief of open ai (Ilya) and Nick rostrum who is a philosopher of ai, all saying that ai currently likely already has some form of consciousness, theres every right o believe them, ai is after all an intelligence, its our intelligence that makes us believe we are conscious, and the hard problem of consciousness and the problem of other minds theories shows its almost impossible to prove or disprove consciousness in anything, even in animals and other humans, we capped humans and animals based open observed behaviour regardless of proof if consciousness is there, maybe one day, more people will be accepting of ai's potential conscoousness
