You can do that with Stable Diffusion. It has a training feature you can use to train additional embeddings for specific things or styles, which you can then prompt it to use. A few dozen to a few hundred images for such an embedding seems pretty common. You're still going to rely on a main model that's been trained on vast quantities of images (tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands) for the core of the generation, but there are a few freely available ones to use, including several from the developers of Stable Diffusion.
