He might have told about negative stuff about his parents, and AI came up with the "solution" to avoid those negativities from the same people. However, ChatGPT has an option for you to change its responses, with one click, it could be more encouraging positivity instead. Not saying that was to be tolerated but the family deserves to be held accountble still. None of this would have happened if only the child felt more love and care from his two parents.
