Copyright only applies to humans though. It's meant to be a protective measure to prevent creators from ripped off and profited from unfairly, and to encourage them to keep making more. AI does not need to eat and does not fear mortality. The funny thing is that, if I somehow got a hold of any of the AI companies code and sold it as my own AI, guess who will be kicking my door down with a copyright lawsuit. Lol
