1. Again with this stupid claim. These programs do not learn like humans. At all. They only scan for patterns, save those patterns, and then reconstruct something to fit those patterns. That is it. They are also not humans, and have made no choices to actually make art, and have instead been made by corporations to replace artists.
2. Other countries doing something bad is not a reason to do so.
