@DavelexH Honestly? I agree with you. If I had money falling out my pockets, sure, I'd commission an artist in a heartbeat. But small problem: I'm 15, broke as hell, and last I checked, telling my parents I wanna drop over a hundred bucks on a drawing from someone they’ve never heard of is a one-way ticket to the “we need to talk” chair. Ain’t happening.
And let’s not kid ourselves—quality art is expensive. Rightfully expensive. Artists deserve every cent they charge. But for a lot of us? That price tag is simply out of reach. So AI becomes the next best thing—not because it’s better, but because it’s convienient. Like buying that exact same can of corned beef from the 90s cus you can't afford a fresh steak. It's not good but it gets the job done.
If I had the funds? I’d be supporting artists every time. But until then, I’m gonna use what tools I have to bring my ideas to life—because being broke shouldn’t mean being barred from creativity.
