@LaylabayIathis isn’t a rebuttal, just an insult. As far as your actual argument, it seems to imply that everyone has the time and money necessary to learn the skill, and you’d be suprised how much damage to the ecosystem goes into a single paper drawing.
Plus, some people ar whist more naturally gifted than others. I fully support artists who don’t use ai, but gatekeeping art isn’t healthy. There’s an expression in writing called “show, don’t tell”. If you want to prove writing is superior, then show us a way to make better art faster, and cheaper than learning to draw. Art shouldn’t be locked behind a paywall. Art is merely an expression of creativity, from crap on walls, to the Eiffel Tower. How is a person who doesn’t have the time or money to learn how to draw, but has so many ideas they want to express supposed to express themselves. Art, ai included, is about self expression.
