Yes. Already happening. My family already has automated planting, watering and harvesting machines. The larger the crop, the easier it is to implement. AI enabled machines with cameras equipped with pattern recognition and the ability to direct other machines are already being developed. Drones, robots and sensors can monitor the farm while the farmer sits in the office.
