@jamesmccoysr.3595 Care to explain how this is a race based protocol? The 2 police officers got orders and a warrant to arrest someone and they did that. The warrant was sent out because of facial recognition software which in my opinion should not be enough on it's own to arrest someone. But how is it in any fucking way related to race? What are these race based protocols you speak of?
