AI was trained on copyrighted work, and it doesn't know how to draw anything. The reason you have to use the prompt multiple times is because it's always crapping out disfigured weird depictions of humans, this work probably benefitted from a "blurry" style, that of course seems extremely derivative and could probably be traced to a particular artist.
