You can be sure that any surveillance video from a casino will be used against you if they think you were cheating or stealing from other patrons. Not much difference. Bear in mind facial recognition software only works if there is an image of your face to use. Facial recognition is used by every motor vehicle and passport office already. Your picture is on your licence. If a cop stops you he gets your licence and compares the picture to the person who handed it to them. He'll then run your licence to see if there are any wants or warrants against you. Wanted posters provide a picture of a wanted criminal so that if a cop sees that person they can recognize them and make an arrest. Humans are actually better at facial recognition than software, it's just the software can go through a database faster than a human can go through a mug shot book and never gets tired of doing it.
