A lot of artists have other jobs and use art as a hobby/side hustle, and those that dont are usually VERY experienced and will know what to charge you. They will add symbolism (which ai can do), take inspiration from real life experiences (which ai cant do), and make a beautiful new art without stealing or copying (which ai cant do). There are like a less than 0.1% population of artists that scam you and do steal, do trace, do copy, and do overcharge.
