Then I have good news for you: You don't have to! Because Hoyo didn't do this! This creator is just spreeading misinformation at this point for clicks. Just a ton of half-truths to make money from baiting people. What actually happened is basically, Hoyo has a job opening and some employee went on a recruitment platform to say "Hey everyone, we have a job opening and I work here, I'll help you get the job!" Why he chose to use AI art in the post? Maybe he didn't want it to look boring, but he himself is no artist. Maybe he couldn't be bothered with asking permission to use official art, or maybe he didn't even think that far. He probably had no idea what he was getting the company into. And it's incredibly out of character for the company in general, considering how proud Hoyo is of their artists. They wouldn't do this.
