nein, thats not what i ment. i mean that autonomous cars are already far safer than the human counterpart, its been prooven over and over that its reaction times are atleast 30 - 40% better/safer.
also this death wasnt the cars fault, new info shows that the woman was 1. J walking. 2. had no reflexes. in the newly released footage its evedent that it was IMPOSSIBLE for the human driver to have EVER seen her and not crashed. so if the human couldnt see her, than the outcome would have been the exact same even if there was a human driver.
this death is tragic, but not the cars fault, simple as that
