@DigSamurai The marketing for "Full Self Driving" is on Tesla, however. And very much on Musk. The title literally means the car does not need a driver. There are mountains of precedent where companies are held responsible for the names of their products.
Additionally, safety features generally undergo strenuous testing before being put on the road. There needs to be stricter regulations about car makers putting beta features on the road. The driver may have signed a waver about the dangers of FSD, but not the drivers around them.
