@agamemnon9x Well, since you've asked, thus far no model comes close to ChatGPT-4. Public LLMs just have far greater resources and compute. Other kinds of AI are stripped down by necessity, so most experiments with them basically boil down to trying to get them to be more efficient - that is, to do more with less compute and memory. That will help lead to better LLMs, but the cutting edge will be at OpenAI and other big players for some time. Maybe HuggingFace can manage something, but they will have to spend to do it.
