and now all humans have to pay for that data they learnt from and have in their head as we humans and AI use the same technique of learning process, thou i understand we need regulation on AI like it have to tell what External DATA it used and so forth but we have to have a separate Internal vs External regulation and the external is what your talking more or less about, but i dont think we should force such things to pay a portion of profits as that opens up something nasty for us Humans aswell.
i hope i were able to write this properly and was able to articulate myself alot better than i think i did.
