@TheEnd-um7yd because art is defined as something which can convey meaning (just as beauty is defined as the amount of relation to one's experiences and life), and ai 'art' just doesn't do 'meaning', it tries to create images similar to the prompt from what it already knows, and is incapable of 'thinking' to put it together
