add before:2023 (or whatever year you prefer) to your google image searches! if whatever you're searching for requires more recent images you can try adding -"ai" instead (i've seen people make lists of ai keywords to exclude which you can probably find somewhere)
these aren't perfect but they should get rid of most ai results!
