I actually believe the core problem is countries like Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, ect. will intentionally make bad AI's. How do we stop the spread of their systems? they want Terminators! They want robot police! They want spy cameras everywhere! And they want to spread their own Empires through force!! How do we stop their AI?
