@skiwolvesalt_03 You can use AI for almost any application you can come up with if you know how it works and how it learns. The difficulty lies in training it. Filing taxes? Sounds simple enough to be done with Excel or MATLAB, no reason why AI shouldn't be able to do it. After all, it's just numbers and checking whether how they are calculated has changed or not. Although I wouldn't recommend a fully automated process without human checks.
