AI already controls AI - that's what cybersecurity is all about. In "The Imitation Game", a film about cracking of the Enigma Code in WW 2, the screenwritwer has Alan Turing saying "It takes a machine to beat a machine." We need AI to monitor and control AI, it's too fast for humans. Constraints can be built in, we just need to insist they are. Trust but verify.
